Celebrating Our Students at the 2026 INTA Open Championships
What a proud weekend for Elite Taekwon-Do Academy! On Saturday 10 October, 19 of our students stepped onto the mats at the 26th INTA Open Taekwon-Do Championships at Sport Ireland Campus in Blanchardstown.
Congratulations to every one of you for taking part, testing your skills and adding to your experience. Stepping onto the competition mats takes courage, and each event brings lessons to carry back into training as you continue to develop your Taekwon-Do.
We are delighted to celebrate our medal winners, including gold for Anastasia Syrbu in patterns and David Kaimba and Daniel Paguba in sparring.

A huge well done to all 19 competitors. We are proud of the effort you put into preparing and the experience you gained on the day, whether you came home with a medal or fresh goals for your next competition.
Thank you to our Elite community
Our thanks to coaches Mr Ibbotsson and Mr Donnelly for supporting our students, and to umpires Mr O’Toole, Mr Krakowiak and Miss Dunne for giving their time and helping the competition run.
To all our parents: thank you for your patience, encouragement and support on the day and throughout the build-up. From getting students to training to being there on competition day, you play such an important part in their Taekwon-Do journey.
Well done, Team Elite—we look forward to seeing you build on this experience back in class!
